You have successfully paid for your PHRF/SEF 2008 Rating certificate. If you have not already done so, please fax (315-655-2432) or email (info@phrfsef.com) your Rating Application with a note that you have made a PAY PAL payment. Make sure that the email address on the application matches the address used for your payment.
